Item 2 of Article 13 to add 1) with the subitem 5 of the following content:
"5) confirmation of characteristics of precious metals, classification characteristics of gemstones according to article 14 of this Federal Law.";
Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 14. Confirmation of characteristics of precious metals, classification characteristics of gemstones when implementing with precious metals, gemstones of separate transactions
1. The transactions determined by the Government of the Russian Federation with precious metals, gemstones can be performed on condition of confirmation of characteristics of precious metals, classification characteristics of gemstones to requirements of the documents for standardization establishing characteristics of precious metals, classification characteristics of gemstones.
2. Confirmation of characteristics of precious metals, except for coins from the precious metals which underwent issue is performed in case of input in turnover of precious metals in the territory of the Russian Federation, except as specified, if characteristics of precious metals are determined or confirmed in the course of approbation and the analysis according to article 12.1 of this Federal Law, and cases of acquisition of precious metals in the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Russian Federation and leave from it.
