Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About mutual insurance" of August 5, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 495; 2015, Art. No. 7-9, 712) following change and amendment:
1. Third Article 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-body of insurance supervision – the National Bank of Tajikistan performing functions on regulation and supervision in the field of insurance activity;".
2. Add with Article 21-1 of the following content:
"Article 21-1. Responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of this Law
Physical persons and legal entities are made for non-compliance with requirements of this Law responsible according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
