About introduction of amendments to articles 5 and 6 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production"

Bring in the Federal Law of June 13, 2023 No. 203-FZ "About state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 25, Art. 4392; 2024, No. 33, Art. 5021) following changes:
Part 6 of Article 5 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "Decision making about prohibition of turnover of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) raw materials for their production in case of holding control (supervising) action by results of which violations of the law of the Russian Federation about state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products are revealed of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production, or in case of creation of the act of impossibility of holding control (supervising) action according to the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ "About the state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation" performs federal body on control and supervision according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
Part 1 of Article 6 to add 2) with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) turnover of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) raw materials for their production on which the decision on turnover prohibition is made.".
For the purpose of suppression of illicit trafficking in tobacco products and nikotinsoderzhashchy products turnover, including retail sale in the territory of the Russian Federation is not allowed:
