About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the State (Municipal) Social Order on Rendering the State (Municipal) Services in the Social Sphere" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 13, 2020 No. 189-FZ "About the state (municipal) social order on rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 29, Art. 4499; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8792; 2023, No. 1, Art. 15; 2024, No. 26, Art. 3557) following changes:

Article 3 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) assessment of the contractor of services on the official site for placement of information on the public and local government offices on the Internet.";

Article 5 to add 2) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) to provide carrying out monitoring of achievement of results of rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of budget, tax, insurance, currency and banking activity.";

3) in Article 6:

a) parts 2 - 4 to state in the following edition:

"2. In case of adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on approval of the list of the state services in the social sphere concerning which the state social order on rendering the state services in the social sphere referred to powers of federal bodies of the government is created (further - the federal social order), the Government of the Russian Federation the procedure for forming of federal social orders affirms.
