Article 1

Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 5-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Donetsk People's Republic" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 41, the Art. 6930) the following changes:

1) in part 5 of Article 17 the words "and till January 1, 2025 has the right to perform operations with such payment cards" to exclude, add with the offer of the following content: "Operations on such payment cards are performed till January 1, 2026.";

2) in Article 20:

a) in the name of the word of "credit institutes and not credit financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. The acts of the Bank of Russia specified regarding 1 this Article concerning credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions if the place of their stay or the location of their divisions is located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (further - credit institution and not credit financial credit institution), features of implementation by them of activities, carrying out transactions, values of standard rates and indicators, requirements to structure and structure of assets, procedure of payments and the size of own means (capital), the requirement to ensuring financial reliability, including to risk management systems and the capital, internal control, the requirement to persons acquiring shares (shares) of credit institution and not credit financial credit institution, the requirement to persons establishing (exercising) control concerning owners (acquirers) of shares (shares) of credit institution and not credit financial credit institution can be established requirements to procedure for share acquisition (shares) for credit institution and not credit financial credit institution, and also the procedure for application died to credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions for the allowed violations in their activities.";

c) regarding 3 words of "credit institutes and not credit financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions";

d) regarding 4 words "till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2026";

3) in Article 21:

a) in the name to replace the word of "real estate" with the word of "property";

b) in paragraph one of part 5 of the word "for transition period" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2027";

In paragraph one of part 26 of Article 23 of the word "Till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words 4) "Till January 1, 2026";

5) in Article 27:

a) regarding 2 words "Till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words "Till January 1, 2026";

b) in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "Till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words "Till January 1, 2026";

c) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. Right to use by the subsoil plots located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic is provided to the organizations without holding auctions based on the decisions made according to the procedure on conditions and taking into account the features of provision of such right established by the Government of the Russian Federation:

1) public authority of the Donetsk People's Republic - concerning subsoil plots of local value;

2) federal body of management of the state fund of subsoil or its territorial authority - concerning the subsoil plots which are not subsoil plots of local value.";

6) in Article 28:

a) regarding 2 words "Till December 31, 2024" shall be replaced with words "Till December 31, 2028";

b) in part 7:

in Item 1 of the word "till January 1, 2025" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2027";

in Item 2 of the word "till January 1, 2027" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2029".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Luhansk People's Republic and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Luhansk People's Republic" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 41, the Art. 6931) the following changes:

1) in Article 20:

a) in the name of the word of "credit institutes and not credit financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. 1) in Article 20:

a) in the name of the word of "credit institutes and not credit financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "credit institutions and not credit financial credit institutions";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2.
