1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 172 "About special procedure for execution by foreign buyers of obligations to the Russian suppliers of natural gas" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 14, Art. 2244; 2023, No. 1, Art. 206; The Official Internet portal of legal information (www.pravo.gov.ru), 2024, on December 5, No. 0001202412050016) change, having added with its Item 7 (6) the following content:
"7(6). Till April 1, 2025 the obligation on payment by the foreign buyer of supply of natural gas is considered fulfilled properly in case of transfer of funds in rubles into the ruble account opened by the Russian supplier in the Russian credit institution. Provisions of the subitem "b" of Item 1, Items 7 (2), 7(3), 7(4) and 8(5) these Decrees are applied taking into account provisions of this Item.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
