About modification of the article 15 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" concerning extension of the list of acquirers of the humanitarian assistance for action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451 with the following changes) to add the article 15 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 3-8 of the following content:
"3-8. Determine that during action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within 12 months after its termination or cancellation:
receivers and/or acquirers of the humanitarian assistance for ensuring provision to consumers of utilities can be subjects of managing irrespective of pattern of ownership which provide utilities and are operators of the objects of critical infrastructure requiring urgent recovery of functioning and/or ensuring stable provision to consumers of utilities;
the receiver of the humanitarian assistance for ensuring provision to consumers of utilities gives her directly to acquirers in coordination with the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of improvement of settlements, housing and communal services, management of household waste;
the provision of the paragraph of third of part two of article 12 of this Law is not applied to the subjects of managing determined by the paragraph the second this Item".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
