About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About credit bureaus"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 10 and 27 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About credit bureaus" (Collection of the Legislative Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 12, Article 1997 (volume I); 2024, No. 5 (the book I), Article 489) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 2.0.7 of the word "Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo Portal" shall be replaced with words "The information system the Electronic government (further - ISEP)".
2. In Articles 12.4.1 and 14.0.1 of the word "in Article 12.2.5" shall be replaced with words "in Articles 12.2.4 and 12.2.5".
3. According to Article 12.5:
3.1. in the first offer of the word "article 12.2.5" shall be replaced with words "Articles 12.2.4 and 12.2.5";
3.2. in the second offer of the word "on the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal" shall be replaced with words "on ISEP".
4. After the word "receive" in Article 14.0.3 to add the word", and also to receive the free notification from credit bureau on the negative information which arrived in credit bureau according to the procedure, determined by credit bureau (with indication of the supplier of information providing the negative information)".
5. In the first and second offers of article 17.5 of article 22.5 of the word "on the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal" shall be replaced with words "in ISEP".
6. In Article 19.0.3 of the word "from the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal" shall be replaced with words "with ISEP".
