About entering of amendments into the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. No. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" to add article 33 of the Law of March 4, 1996 with parts 4.1 and 4.2 of the following content:
"4.1. During each five-year period of certification health workers of the senior and average link fill up quantity of the credits of the NPR provided in part 4 of this Article, participating in the actions chosen by them providing continuous professional development and in all actions included in the list of the obligatory actions providing continuous professional development, approved by the Government.
4.2. In case of online participation in the actions providing continuous professional development, organized by the foreign and international organizations provided by part 6 of this Article, the procedure and cases of compensation provided for them payments are established by the Government.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
3. The credits issued for participation in the actions included in the list of the actions providing obligatory continuous professional development, approved by the Government to the introduction of this law in force are considered as the credits expected the next five-year period.
