I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 2017 No. 466 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out biddings, the including qualification requirements imposed to participants of auction, content and application process, types of financial provision of the auction participation application and condition of their introduction and return, procedure for summing up and determination of winners" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16240) the following changes and amendments:
be reworded as follows Item 19:
"19. Compliance to the qualification requirements imposed to participants of biddings according to construction projects of objects for use of RES by amount of installed capacity to 499 MW inclusive proves to be true by provision of the following documents:
1) copies of the Charter;
2) copies of the certificate of the state registration / re-registration of the legal entity;
3) copies of the decision of relevant organ of the legal entity on appointment of the first head;
4) the power of attorney on the representative (if representation of interests is performed not by the first head);
5) information on details of the legal entity (bank details, address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address);
6) financial provision of the application for participation in biddings;
7) the copy of the specifications on connection to power network issued and approved according to Power grid rules or specifying of point of connection to power networks according to the Schedule;
