To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify the Japanese side on accomplishment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the above-stated Exchange notes and the Grant agreement.
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
