About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine of rather additional measures connected with providing internally displaced persons with housing
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the subitem 2 of the Item "and" of part one of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, of the Art. 170) of the word "distribution and provision according to the legislation of housing relating to utility property" shall be replaced with words "distribution and provision according to the legislation of the housing relating to utility property or received in lease, use (including the utility companies, organizations, the organizations)".
2. The Section XII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education" (1998, No. 32, the Art. 215) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. During action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within three years after its termination or cancellation of the building and construction of organizations of professional (professional) education with the consent of the founder are provided in lease for accommodation of internally displaced persons according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine provided that the specified buildings and constructions were not used for designated purpose as of the beginning of academic year and within the last 12 months that it was preceded".
