Bring in the Federal Law of May 1, 2016 No. 119-FZ "About features of provision to citizens of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and located in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and in other territories of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 18, Art. 2495; 2017, No. 1, Art. 43; No. 31, Art. 4796; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8429; 2019, No. 29, Art. 3861; 2020, No. 50, Art. 8058; 2021, No. 1, Art. 33; No. 15, Art. 2446; No. 27, Art. 5054; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5238; 2023, No. 1, Art. 63; 2024, No. 33, Art. 4989) following changes:
Article 1 to add 1) with Item 19 of the following content:
"19) Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug: municipality "Beloyarsk Municipal District", municipality "Berezovsky Municipal District".";
2) in Article 2:
a) regarding 3.5 words "16 and 18" shall be replaced with words "16, 18 and 19";
b) regarding 3.7 words "16 and 18" shall be replaced with words "16, 18 and 19";
3) in Item 27 of Article 7 of the word "16 and 18" shall be replaced with words "16, 18 and 19".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
