1) regarding the 2nd Article 44:
a) declare Item 3.2 invalid;
b) in Item 3.3 of the word "or other information systems" shall be replaced with words "or the subject of the Russian Federation of the regional information system used for holding general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house in the form of correspondence voting created based on the decision of the supreme executive body (further - regional information system),";
2) in Article 45:
a) regarding 4 words "or it is sent to each owner" shall be replaced with words "and also it is sent to each owner", the words "under list" shall be replaced with words "under list, or it is placed in public places (on the bulletin boards placed at all entrances of the apartment house or within the parcel of land on which the apartment house is located)";
b) add with part 4.1 following of content:
