About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 No. 971

Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 87-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 No. 971 "About normative financing of expenses of public institutions of social servicing" the following changes:

in Item 2:

in subitem 2.1:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"accommodation of citizens in the public institutions of social servicing performing stationary social servicing (further – social boarding houses), per one koyko-day (further – the standard rate for social boarding houses) constitutes 36, 03 rubles;";

in paragraph three of the word "1888 rubles" shall be replaced with words "2151 rubles";

in paragraph four of figure of "23,8" to replace with figures of "25,8";

in paragraph five of figure "2443" to replace with figures "2682";

in paragraph six of figure "2124" to replace with figures of "2272,7";

in subitem 2.2 shall be replaced with words the word of "houses nursing homes" "social boarding houses";

in paragraphs second and third Item 3, the paragraph the second Item 6 shall be replaced with words the word of "houses nursing homes" "social boarding houses";
