In No. 212 approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 28, 2011 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 12, Article 1257; 2014, No. 4, Article 444, No. 6, Article 747; 2016, No. 10, Article 1717; 2018, No. 9, Article 1930; 2019 No. 1, Art. 163; 2022 No. 4, of the Art. 386, of 414) "Provision on registration of mobile devices" to make the following changes:
1. After the word "Rule" in Item 1.1 to add with words "According to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications".
2. In subitem 1.2.4 of the word "established" to replace with the word "created".
3. In subitem 3.2.1 of the word "without the repeating numbers IMEI" shall be replaced with words "or not copied".
4. According to subitem 3.2.2:
4.1. in the first offer shall be replaced with words the word "repeated" "changed or copied";
4.2. the second offer to state in the following edition:
"The mobile operator is forbidden to render telecommunication services to mobile devices which numbers IMEI are on the black page of system of registration of mobile devices (except mobile devices which numbers IMEI are on the blank page).
5. After the word "changes" in subitem 3.3.1 to add with the words "or copyings".
