About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About international treaties of Turkmenistan"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About international treaties of Turkmenistan" of May 10, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 2, Art. 32; 2021, No. 1, Art. 24; 2023, No. 1, Art. 5) following changes and amendments:

in Article 1 part two after the word "protocol" to add with the word "memorandum";

in paragraph one of part four of article 5 after words of "international treaties of Turkmenistan" to add with the words "and accession to them";

in Article 7:

the second to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"For respect for parity at the level of signers, the President of Turkmenistan powers on negotiating and signing of international treaties of Turkmenistan can be conferred to other corresponding officials of Turkmenistan.";

add with part of the following content:

"4. Provision of powers on signing of international treaties of Turkmenistan and negotiating on them is drawn up based on the act of the President of Turkmenistan or approved in accordance with the established procedure.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
