The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 29, 2007 No. 191 "About approval of the minimum amount of the rent for leasing of state-owned property (except dwelling stock)" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 11 of Article 1189 (volume I), the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 8, 2024 No. 77) to add with part of 1-1 following content:
"1-1. The minimum amount of the annual rent for objects under construction within the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 20, 2024 No. 12 "About additional measures for realization of the pilot project connected with wind farm construction installed capacity of 240 MW" is calculated by application of zero coefficient to the rent provided for these objects in this Resolution".
