1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 3, 2021 No. 82 "About approval of form and conditions of the bank guarantee" such changes:

1) in appendix 1:

to add appendix after heading with the word "Table";

in the table:

in column 2 of line 4 the word "Guarantor" shall be replaced with words "Bank guarantor";

in column 3:
