The rules provided by this Article are not applied in case of reorganization of society by joining to it of other legal entity which share of society in the authorized capital constitutes 100 percent provided that book value of assets of the attached legal entity does not exceed 2 percent from book value of assets of society to which there is accession, and net assets value of the attached legal entity is at least its authorized capital.
