About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to state the Item of part 1 of article 25 of the Law of December 27, 1997 to No. ZR-186 in the following edition:
"g) the family member having the monthly income is lower than the extreme 130 percent size of the threshold granting the right to benefit on neediness, and the recognized socially unsecured according to the procedure of assessment of neediness of family, one settlement family member, according to the procedure, approved by the law "About Public Welfare Payments" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 2. In article 26 of the Law:

2) to state part 3.1 in the following edition:
"3.1. For issue of the ID card, are exempted from payment of the state fee:
and. persons addressing for assessment of neediness of families, on the basis of information provided by Single social service in paper or electronic type;
. the citizens of the Republic of Armenia having the monthly income are lower than the extreme 130 percent size of the threshold granting the right to benefit on neediness, and being family members, acknowledged socially unsecured according to the procedure, established by the law "About Public Welfare Payments" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia;
