Item 70 (1) pricing Bases in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 4, Art. 504; 2024, No. 45, of the Art. 6818) to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"In subjects of the Russian Federation which level of gasification of the population constitutes less than 5 percent according to the decision of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates the seasonal coefficient which is not exceeding 1,8 can be applied to the population living in the apartment houses equipped with electroheating installations in January - April, 2025:
to the maximum value for the second range of amounts of consumption of electrical energy (capacity) the population and equated to it categories of consumers specified in the offer the first paragraph two of this Item;
to the maximum value for the first range of amounts of consumption of electrical energy (capacity) the population and equated to it categories of consumers specified in the offer the second paragraph two of this Item.".
