Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental protection" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 614; 2014, No. 11, Art. 669; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 572; 2022, No. 6, Art. 347, Art. 348) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 9:
- add with the paragraph the tenth the following content:
"-determination of procedure and the amount of compensation of damage for environmental pollution by waste, superlimit emission of pollutants in the atmosphere, water, and also unauthorized cutting down of trees and bushes in settlements, lands of agricultural purpose, conservation and the state inventory (except for economic gardens and the home parcels of land);";
- the eighteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-issue of licenses, allowing documents, making of acts of approval and approval, adoption of notifications for implementation of certain types of activity and other actions in the field of environmental protection according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system";".
2. To add part 2 of Article 10 with the paragraph third the following content:
"-the organization of Items of temporary collection of waste in the territory of settlements, construction of polygons for burial and their neutralization for the purpose of protection of objects of the environment;".
3. State Article 77 in the following edition:
"Article 77. Obligation of compensation of damage for the harm done owing to non-compliance with the legislation on environmental protection
