1. According to the procedure of maintaining the State register of artesian wells, No. 706 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 9, 2023 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 68, the Art. 3928):
The paragraph the fifth Item 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"carrying out formatologichesky control of completeness of information which moves applicants through electronic office of the subsoil user, and also its processing;";
Item 14 in paragraph six the word "doubtful" to replace 2) with the word "incorrect";
3) to add the Procedure with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. Primary filling of the state register is performed by the administrator of the state register based on information from databases of the holder of the state register on artesian wells for the date preceding date of the publication on the official website Gosgeonedr information on the beginning of functioning of the state register.
Further introduction of information on new subjects of the state register is performed by the public registrar of the state register with use of the qualified digital signature in the procedure established by the legislation.";
