Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603; 2018, No. 2, Art. 62; 2021, Art. Courts according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan, take adequate measures for the organization of information access about the activities. Information on activity of the courts is provided in oral, written, electronic and other forms which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
