Article 1. Bring in the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 24, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 12, h 1, 2, the Art. 757) the following changes:
1. In Article 961:
