Article 1. No. 1-3, 6, Art. 7, No. 7, Art. 440, No. 12, h 2, Art. 770; 2023, No. 11, Art. 460; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 7), following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 225:
- in paragraph six to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"-the foreign state has legal immunity.".
2. State Article 390 in the following edition:
"Article 390. Legal immunity of the international organizations. Diplomatic immunity
1. Legal immunity of the international organizations is determined by the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan and the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. The refusal of legal immunity shall be performed according to the procedure, provided by the law of foreign state or rules of the international organization. In this case the court considers case according to the procedure, established by this Code.
3. The diplomatic representatives of foreign states, other persons specified in the laws or the international acts recognized by Tajikistan accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan are subject to jurisdiction of courts of the Republic of Tajikistan on civil cases in the limits determined by the rules of international law or the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
