About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological information"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological information" of March 25, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 3, the Art. 172) the following changes and amendment:

2. In Article 1:

3. In Article 5:

- add part 3 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"-implementation of the activities connected with licensing and allowing documents;";

- exclude part 4.

4. Regarding the 2nd Article 6 of the word "parts 3 and 4" to replace with the word "parts 3".

5. In the paragraph the second to exclude parts 3 of Article 8 of the word "and dumpings of sewage".

6. To exclude from part 1 of Article 12 of the word "in global computer network".

7. In the name and the text of Article 14 to replace the word "violation" with the word "non-compliance".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
