Bring in article 6 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 315-FZ "About modification of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4248; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3064) following changes:
1) regarding 2 words "the executive body performing maintaining the Single state real estate register" shall be replaced with words "federal executive body (its territorial authority) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register (further - body of registration of the rights),", to add with words "(further - body of normative legal regulation)";
2) regarding 3 words "in the body performing state registration of the rights" shall be replaced with words "in body of registration of the rights";
To add 3) with parts 3.1 - 3.11 following contents:
"3.1. In the absence of other participants of equity property, the agreement of all joint owners specified in part 3 of this Article of consent or the decision of general meeting the apportionment can be performed by the participant of common ownership in nature of the share according to the procedure, provided by parts 3.2 - 3.11 these Articles.
