About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 29 of the Law of March 23, 2018 "About public service" (further - the Law) the word "cryptocurrency" to replace No. ZR-206 with the word "cryptoasset".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. Bring the subordinate regulatory legal acts containing the word "cryptocurrency", accepted based on the law into compliance with requirements of this law in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
3. After entry into force of this law the concept "cryptocurrency" falls within coverage of the concept "cryptoasset".
