About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 6 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 (further - the code) with Items 61-63 of the following content:

"61) subscriber data - phone numbers of the subscribers performing communication through network of the fixed or mobile telephone communication, personal data of the subscriber of telephone number, identification data of the Internet user or subscriber, identification number of the equipment used during communication, phone number by means of which it is connected to telephone network public, personal data of the receiver of Internet phone call;

62) the transferred data - in case of network of the fixed or mobile telephone communication - the entering and outgoing calls (messages) of the subscriber and user, time of the beginning and the end of telephone communication, locations, these, necessary for determination, and their movement at the time of the beginning of telephone communication and during it; in case of Internet communication, including Internet telephone communication and electronic messages transmitted through the Internet - the entering and outgoing calls, places, these, necessary for determination, time, duration, movement, the web address for connection to the Internet and exit from the Internet, including the Internet protocol IP address;

63) informative data: in case of network of the fixed or mobile telephone communication content of telephone conversation, text, graphical, voice, video call and other message; in case of readdress or transfer of telephone call - phone number to which the phone call was transferred; in case of Internet communication, including Internet telephone communication and the electronic messages transmitted through the Internet - contents of the message.".
