Article 257. Computer plunder
Article 300. 2nd part. Creation, production, acquisition, distribution, realization, export, import, the offer, advertizing of child pornography, ensuring availability, utilization, receipt of access by means of information or communication technologies, or storage of child pornography on the computer, computer system, computer network or other computer equipment or any other method or viewing of child pornography
3rd part. the action provided by part 2 of the same Article, which:
1) it is made by the close relative or person to who the obligation on education was assigned, to leaving or treatment of the child, or the employee of the educational or medical organization who owed care for the child or control his behavior, or
2) in combination with ill treatment in relation to the minor
4th part. the action provided by part 2 of the same Article, made by the criminal organization
