About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the State Control of Safety of Foodstuff"

Article 1. According to article 15 of the Law of June 21, 2014 No. ZR-143 "About the state supervision of safety of foodstuff":
1) to exclude the words "establishment and payment of payment for accounting and" from heading;
2) parts 2-6 to recognize invalid.
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. Return of the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation to the introduction of this law in force regarding the payment established for check of the imported foodstuff and animal products and determination of compliance to accompanying documents and accounting is performed according to the statement of the payer or his legal successor if it is provided to financial body (The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia) not later than within three years from the date of emergence of the right to return of the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation. In sense of this part day, month, year of payment or collection of bigger payment is considered day of emergence of the right to return of the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation.
3. The documents confirming payment of the payment established by the law and also the reference of the body which enforced this payment on reasons for circumstances of return of the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation are attached to the statement for return of the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation specified in part 2 of this Article if:
1) the payment amounts paid or collected over the obligation arose till February 28, 2023 inclusive, based on the reference issued by inspection body for safety of foodstuff of the Republic of Armenia;
