For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 4, 2018 No. 1139-VQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of intellectual property rights and fight against piracy" and ensuring realization of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 126 of June 11, 2018 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 6, 2012 No. 668 "About implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 22, 2012 No. 365-IVQ "About ensuring intellectual property rights and fight against piracy", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

In approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 18, 2013 No. 9 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 1, Article 70; 2017, No. 12 (the Book II), Article 2509) "Rules of maintaining the state register of objects of copyright and the related rights (the audiovisual work, soundtrack, the computer program, the information collection, the book) which copies shall be put down by control sign" to make the following changes:
2.1. In part 3 to replace the word "2.2" with the word "2.3", and shall be replaced with words the words "Copyright" "Intellectual property";
2.2. in the 11th column of appendix to these rules of the word "Copyright" shall be replaced with words "The intellectual property of the Azerbaijan Republic".
