About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning State Final Examination and introductory campaign of 2025
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004; 2023, No. 135, Art. 795):
Paragraph one of the subitem 23 after figures "2024" to add 1) with figures "2025";
Subitems 24-26 to state 2) in the following edition:
"24) in 2025 financial provision of actions for the organization and conducting entrance tests for receipt of the higher education is performed for the expenditure account, provided by the budget legislation according to the budget program 2201470 "Implementation of external estimation and monitoring of quality of education by the Ukrainian center of estimation of quality of education and its regional divisions", and at the expense of other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;
25) in 2025 competitive selection on training for receipt of degree of the higher education on the basis of complete general secondary education, educational and qualification level of the junior specialist, educational and professional degree of the professional junior bachelor, degree of the higher education of the junior bachelor is performed by results of entrance tests of 2022-2025 spent with use of organizational engineering procedures of external independent estimation, and creative tender (tender of physical capabilities) in stipulated by the legislation cases;
