About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3

Based on part two of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 No. 215-Z "About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons under guards", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3, the following changes:

"services" to add Item 61 after the word with the words "according to the list";

state Item 61-1 in the following edition:

"61-1. Additional paid services to persons who are held in custody can be both employees of the pre-trial detention center, and the involved persons.

For receipt of additional paid service person who is held in custody submits the application addressed to the chief of the pre-trial detention center with request to withdraw money from its personal account for rendering additional paid service. The employee of the pre-trial detention center checks availability of the corresponding cash amount on personal account of person who is held in custody and does mark in the statement then the chief of the pre-trial detention center makes the decision on the substance of request.";
