In our country the large-scale works aimed at the development of shelkovodchesky industry, support of the home-workers who are growing up silkworm cocoons, and increase in production volumes in this industry are carried out.
At the same time there is need for provision of tax benefits for further stimulation of occupation activities for cultivation of cocoons of silkworm in house conditions.
This Law to article 483 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the additions providing tax exemption on the income of physical persons of the income of the physical persons received from activities for cultivation of live cocoons of silkworm in house conditions (nadomnichestvo), release from the social tax of the funds allocated for compensation of the home-workers who are growing up live cocoons of silkworm in house conditions and also calculation of the land tax for the parcels of land occupied with mulberry plantations using decreasing coefficient.
This Law will serve further development of shelkovodchesky industry, in particular, to increase in production volumes and export to industries, employment and increase in the income of the population.
