About establishment of other cases of exception of person performing mining of digital currency (including the participant of mining-pool), from the register of persons performing mining of digital currency

According to article 14.2 of the Federal law "About Digital Financial Assets, Digital Currency and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation that person performing mining of digital currency (including the participant of mining-pool), is subject to exception of the register of persons performing mining of digital currency in the following cases:

receipt in the federal executive body authorized according to the Federal Law "About Digital Financial Assets, Digital Currency and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" on maintaining the register of persons performing mining of digital currency (further - the operator of the register), statements of person for the termination of mining of digital currency by it;

the termination of the legal entity or the termination of activities of the individual entrepreneur, introduction of the procedure applied in the case of bankruptcy;

detection of the false information provided to the operator of the register concerning person performing mining of digital currency (including the participant of mining-pool), as a part of the statement for entering of information about him into the register of persons performing mining of digital currency or on additional request of the operator of the register;

detection of discrepancy of person performing mining of digital currency (including the participant of mining-pool), to requirements imposed to such person according to the Federal Law "About Digital Financial Assets, Digital Currency and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", and also regulatory legal acts adopted according to it;

identification of the facts of violation of the mode of consumption of electrical energy the power receiving devices used for the purpose of implementation of mining of digital currency in case of acceptance by the Government of the Russian Federation decisions on prohibition on implementation of mining of digital currency (including participation in mining-bullet) in certain subjects of the Russian Federation or in their separate territories;

availability in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about unauthenticity of information about the head of the legal entity.

2. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2024.
