In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 12, 2016 No. 985 about approval "Rules of the value added tax return paid for the goods acquired by foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, not intended for production or commercial purposes" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 1256; 2017, No. 10, Article 1073; 2019, No. 12, Article 1945, the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1188 of November 23, 2020) in part 5 of the word "Ministry of Culture and Tourism" shall be replaced with words "The state tourism agency".
