1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government" of March 3, 2023 No. 115 the following change:
in the list of the separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic delegated to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 20 with the subitem 4 following of content:
"4) the list of licenses in the field of the town planning, design and exploration work and installation and construction works recognized in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally, issued by foreign states.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
