Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:
in the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 57 with the subitem 16 of the following content:
"16) acquisitions by the state company at the supplier determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, goods, works and services for development of customs infrastructure.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.
