1) according to the procedure of maintaining the database of the government civil and local government officers who caused material damage to the state, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The authorized state body for public service and municipal service (further - authorized state body) creates the database in electronic format on the basis of the information provided by state bodies and local government bodies.";
- in Items 4-9 of the word "structural division" in different cases shall be replaced with words "authorized state body" in the corresponding cases;
2) according to the procedure of forming, maintaining, change and amendment of the Register of persons dismissed from the public civil service and municipal service on the negative bases, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Forming and maintaining the Register are performed by authorized state body for public service and municipal service (further - authorized state body).";
- in Items 5, of 6, of 8, of 11, of 12, of the 15 and 16 word "structural division" in different cases shall be replaced with words "authorized state body" in the corresponding cases.
