About entering of amendment and changes into the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. No. ZR-54 "The electoral code of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) after the words "information" to add part 1 of article 8.1 of the Constitutional law of May 25, 2016 with the words "and electoral registers".
Article 2. Exclude the third offer from part 4 of article 9 of the Law.
Article 3. State part 2 of article 13 of the law in the following edition:
"2. The preliminary electoral register on the polling precincts in 40 days prior to ballot day, in case of extraordinary elections - in 20 days, and the final electoral register on the polling precincts in 7 days prior to ballot day (including early elections) is posted on websites of Central Election Commission and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia with possibility of loading. Preliminary and final electoral registers with possibility of search shall contain information on name, surname, voter's middle name (in the presence of middle name in the relevant documents proving the identity), birthday, month, year, registration address, day and time of vote, number of the polling precinct of the voter and the address of the local center.".
Article 4. To recognize part 4 of article 18 of the law invalid.
Article 5. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
