About modification of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 10, 2024

Article 1. Part 3 of Article 24 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 30 of the Code of the word "and Items 3" shall be replaced with words "to Item".

Article 3. To state part 3 of article 42 of the Code in the following edition:

"3. Guardianship over the minor stops without special decision on reaching it eighteen years, and also in the cases established by part 2 Articles 24 of this Code.".

Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
