About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Privatization of State-owned Property"

Article 1. In the law of December 17, 1997, No. ZR-188 "About privatization of state-owned property" (further - the Law) in the subitem "g" of the concept ""Small" object" of the word "disabled people of all categories" shall be replaced with words "faces with disability".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 8 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the Item of the word "acquired group of disability" "are recognized as persons having disability", and to exclude the word of "mutilations" from the same Item;
The word "mutilation" to replace 2) In the Item "g" with the word "injuries", the words "become disabled group" shall be replaced with words "acknowledged person with disability".
Article 3. Action of the provisions of the law touching the faces which became disabled people as a result of injuries extends also to persons recognized as disabled people as a result of injuries till December 31, 2023.
Article 4. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
