About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 64 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016 (further - the Code):
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6 of the word "children and disabled people" "children and persons (children) with disability";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 12 of the word of "prosthetic and orthopedic accessories" "supportive applications".
Article 2. In Items 23 and 24 of part of 1 Article 108, part 4 of Article 124 and Items 8 and 40 of part 1 of article 147 of the code of the word "become the disabled person" shall be replaced with words "priznannyylitsy with disability".
Article 3. In Item 6 of part 1 of article 123 of the Code the word "disabled person" shall be replaced with words "person with disability".
Article 4. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 172 of the Code and in Item 1 of part 1 of article 245 of the code the word "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "faces with disability".
Article 5. In the subitem 8 of Item 1 of the List approved by appendix 3 to the Code of the word of "wheelchairs" shall be replaced with words "chair carriages".
Article 6. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
