1. Approve the enclosed Standard regulations on scientific and technical council.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2023 No. 585 "About approval of the Standard regulations on activities of scientific and technical council for consideration of projects of research, scientific and technical and developmental works in the field of subsurface use" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33654).

3. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
