About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 42, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of updating and optimization of the list of services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in some spheres of its activities, review of rates for the services provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in such spheres, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:
1. No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 10, 2003 at No. 784/8105 (with changes) to exclude the paragraph of the eighth of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003.
2. The paragraph the twelfth Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 12, 2013 No. 356 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 03, 2013 at No. 1705/24237, to exclude.
3. To be reworded as follows rates for services (transactions) provided (performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine which performs the functions of payment institute, the Central router and settlement clearing center, clearing bank of National payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Space" approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 15, 2017 No. 53 (with changes) which is applied.
