About modification of the Procedure for maintaining registers of members of the capital markets and the organized goods markets

According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for maintaining registers of members of the capital markets and the organized goods markets approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 26, 2021 No. 700, registered on October 26, 2021 at No. 1385/37007, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market submission of this Decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. From the date of entry into force of this Solution of the certificate on inclusion of non-state pension fund in the register of financial institutions which were issued by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine / the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services / the National commission on securities and the stock market are considered as cancelled.

5. This decision becomes effective next day after its official publication.
