About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538

1. Bring in Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, Art. 7046; 2024, No. 1, Art. 220; No. 18, Art. 2465; No. 28, Art. 4034; No. 36, Art. 5458) following changes:
a) in paragraph four of the word "till August 31, 2024." shall be replaced with words "till November 30, 2024";
b) in paragraph five of the word "till August 31, 2024." shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2024".
2. This resolution becomes effective after one day after day of its official publication.
Action of paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (in edition of this resolution) extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 1, 2024.
